We recognize that buying a new home is one of the largest investments you will ever make, which is why it’s important to ensure that your home comes with protection.
Wonderland Homes, in partnership with 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® (2-10 HBW) is proud to offer an express limited warranty program that includes surety coverage for 2 years from the day of closing on defects in materials, workmanship, and distribution systems (including electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems). In addition, this includes 10 years of structural home warranty protection from one of the nation’s leading home warranty companies. This express warranty is included with the purchase of your new home and comes with a network of more than 10,000 pre-approved, licensed, and bonded contractors.
We are also proud to offer a personalized and simplistic service ticket process with a typical response within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday (except on holidays and weekends). As a final perk, you don’t receive a bill.
In the unlikely event that Wonderland Homes cannot perform our obligations under the warranty (at no cost to you) our insurer will be there to assume responsibility for our performance. Why a Structural Warranty
An Emergency is a complete loss of power that isn’t an Xcel Outage, a plumbing leak that can only be controlled by shutting off the water main, or a complete loss of heat when it is below 50 degrees outside. Contact info is project-specific, and is located inside The Road Home, our homeowner portal. Contact info may also be found on a sticker located on the inside of your kitchen sink cabinet door.

Irrigation Clocks – If you have recently moved in, please make sure that you change your sprinkler clock to irrigate per local water recommendations. (typically 3x per week) When landscaping is initially planted, your system irrigates multiple times on a daily basis. This should be changed after 2-3 weeks to a normal irrigation schedule. We recommend following your local water jurisdiction recommendations. For example, Denver Water recommends watering 3 times per week, and 12-30 minutes per zone, depending on type of nozzle/head.
