Your safety and well-being are top priorities to us at Wonderland Homes. We are following recommendations put forth by the CDC and are closely monitoring the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Please know that we are taking this very seriously, and we will continue to ensure a high-quality experience for you.
We are taking great measures to ensure that our facilities are thoroughly cleaned each day. You will also find hand sanitizer in our lobbies for your access. At this time, our communities will remain open with these added precautions for all visitors. The CDC recommends practicing the same habits you would to avoid the flu virus, such as washing your hands thoroughly for at least 20 seconds. Wonderland Homes will provide both virtual and private onsite opportunities to allow your homebuying journey to continue uninterrupted while prioritizing your safety. Through our industry-leading online sales program, virtual appointments will allow visitors to get to know our neighborhoods and available homes interactively. Wonderland Homes has also postponed all of its previously scheduled large-scale community and employee events as well as any Grand Openings taking place for the immediate future.
HAVE YOU TRAVELED RECENTLY?
We ask that you do not enter our building, or model homes, and self-quarantine for 14 days if you have recently traveled to an area that has high rates of COVID-19. As of March 12, 2020, these areas include: China, Iran, South Korea and Italy – or, if you have recently been on a cruise.
Should you need to self-quarantine, and you are in the process of purchasing a home from us, we will continue to work with you to ensure a smooth process. We are being proactive and working with our Sales, Customer Care and Construction teams to implement remote access capabilities for our customers.
If you are working with an individual from our team that has been self-quarantined, you will be able to continue to work with them remotely, so long as they are feeling well. If that individual is unwell, you will be reassigned to a different representative. We will ensure a smooth transition for you.
