At the annual Golden Key Awards Ceremony held on Thursday, November, 28th 2021, Wonderland Homes was honored to receive a very prestigious award. This award came as the outcome of a round of private and public voting following the 2021 Northern Colorado Parade of Homes.
During two weekends of September 2021, the Northern Colorado Home Builders Association organized a team of judges to rate every home entered into the Parade of Homes based on their curb appeal, design, kitchen, master bath, and overall workmanship.
This event featured 19 individual homes and custom homes built by the leading area home building companies. The top-scoring home in each pricing category was awarded several different awards and Wonderland was pleased to be awarded Best Exterior in the $801-900K Category.
