In a private awards ceremony on October, 22nd 2020, Wonderland Homes was honored to receive several awards at the Golden Key awards ceremony, the final event of the 2020 Northern Colorado Parade of Homes.
During two weekends of August 2020, the Northern Colorado Home Builders Association organized a team of judges to rate every home entered into the Parade of Homes based on their curb appeal, design, kitchen, master bath, and overall workmanship. The top-scoring home in each pricing category was awarded the coveted Golden Key Award and Wonderland took the top prize in two of the six total price categories. This event featured 29 model homes and custom homes built by the leading area home building companies.
First, in the $401k – $500k category, the Basil Paired model home at Trailside on Harmony, located at 5800 Rendezvous Pkwy, Timnath, CO 80547. This home was named the overall Golden Key winner in this price category and was also given separate awards in the following categories: Best Design, Best Exterior, and Best Overall Workmanship.
Second, in the $501k – $600k category, the Blossom single-family model home at Trailside on Harmony, located at 5724 Jedidiah Drive, Timnath, CO 80547. This home was also named the overall Golden Key winner for its pricing category and was also the recipient of the awards for the following: Best Design, Best Exterior, Best Master Bath, Best Kitchen and Best Overall Workmanship.
