An on-site New Home Consultant will be happy to answer your questions and help determine whether the community and floor plan mix is the right fit for your client. They're highly trained on:

While you're in one of our communities, talk to the New Home Consultant about homes coming soon and ask for a tour! If you have a Homebuyer who needs a quicker move-in, one of these homes just might be the one they've been looking for. If our model home hours don't accommodate your buyer's needs, just talk to the New Home Consultant about showing one of the inventory homes after hours. And don't forget about our web site available 24 hours a day where you can see inventory homes, floor plans and more. Surf with your Homebuyers and help them maneuver through the information.

If your clients are still searching for the right community for their move, contact one of our New Home Consultant. Our helpful New Home Consultants' primary focus is to provide information about the area as well as our locations and communities—including homes available, tax rates, schools, shopping, entertainment and more. Our New Home Consultants will get you and your client’s questions answered via email or phone, whatever works best for you.

Don't forget the "Buyer Registration Form". Fill one out when you bring your Customer to the community for the first time. And so we can make sure you receive incentives and commissions, please fill out a separate form in each community for each of your Prospects.
