	Cynthia Edwards, President, CEO The lessons and accomplishments of 30-plus years in the homebuilding industry give Cindi insights that are indispensable to effective leadership at Wonderland Homes. As CEO, she defines future growth and direction, and leads the organization to new levels of accomplishment. Cindi orchestrates the activities of the management team to work in concert to build homes and neighborhoods the Company can be proud of. Effective leadership is both a challenge and a rare quality and Wonderland is fortunate to have found that in Cindi.

	Mike Hart, Vice President of Sales & Marketing Since he entered the new home industry in 1975, Mike has seen the business from many sides. While sales and marketing have been at the center of his career path, he also has experience in land sales to builders, custom design and pricing, and everything in between that combines to form a successful business

	Steve Phua, Design Manager With 8 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, Steve has had the opportunity to work in both the semi-custom and big-builder environments. His search to find, and work for, the "builder of choice" landed him at Wonderland Homes in 2004. As Design Manager, Steve is responsible for product development and design, where he continues the 40-year legacy of providing exceptional homes for exceptional value.

Wonderland Homes has been building new homes
in select communities in the Denver metro area for over 40 years.
Current communities are: Anna's Farm in Lafayette,
Artisan Plazas and Denver Traditions at Stapleton in Denver.
