One of the most rewarding things about buying a new home is selecting colors and finish materials. Homebuyers have a wide range of selections that are included in the home, but we also offer a great selection of personalized upgrades, which are items that are already pre-priced for the buyer. Here's a little more about making selections:
How long do my clients have to make selections?
All selections should be finalized within a period clearly defined in the Purchase Agreement.
In addition to reviewing available options and upgrades and making the usual color choices, your clients may select special features (often related to individual physical needs) to incorporate into their new home. We'll assist them in making these decisions prior to the start of construction of the home.
Can my clients make changes to their choices once the Purchase Agreement has been signed?
Yes, so long as the dates set forth in the Purchase Agreement for making certain selections are met; however, in order to minimize construction delays, many items for the home are ordered well in advance of installation. Once a particular item is ordered by execution of an Option List or Change Order making further changes is not allowed.
