Home warranty means a lot at Wonderland Homes. With our home warranty and customer-care professionals, Wonderland Homes guarantees you'll receive quality, integrity, commitment, and caring from everyone in our family of homebuilders… and prompt, courteous responses to your service calls. While we strive to build a defect free home, we are realistic enough to know that sometimes mistakes may happen. When they do, we'll correct them per the written Limited Warranty Agreement that your client receives at closing.

Limited Warranty and Homeowner Maintenance
A sample copy is provided in the Homeowner Manual. Limited Home Warranty Coverage is spelled out in the document, but more important may be the reputation of Wonderland Homes for standing behind its product!

Closing and Maintenance
Warranty Service is not designed to handle "cosmetic" or "maintenance" items. All cosmetic items should be resolved prior to closing on the home. Maintenance items are the responsibility of the Homeowner.

Contacting Warranty
Our Warranty department will be there to answer both emergency and non-emergency calls. Your Buyer will receive detailed information about how to handle both types of warranty service calls. Just in case they hit a "panic moment" and only remember to call you, as their Realtor^®, we are providing you with our emergency contact information *. Emergency contact information is also included in the Homeowner Manual.

FOR WARRANTY - IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY An emergency is something that needs immediate attention, including: no heat, no electricity or a water pipe leak or break. All other items can be handled through the normal warranty process by emailing Danelle Vanderschel at warranty@wonderlandhomes.com. Please call one of the numbers below only for a true emergency.
